Meet Ariel--She is one of four puppies born to their very sweet and loving mom, Jackie on 02.24 2018   Little Jackie was found running down a rural road at night and PREGNANT !!

Our vet did an ultrasound right away and could see that there were four babies there and they were the right size that she felt she could carry them safely and deliver---which she did--a few weeks later---There were two girls--_Ariel and Gillian--also posted and two boys---Rares and JOJO--- they are all very very loving pups and social with the other pups in their foster home--Mom is a doll and has taught them well---  We are not sure of the breed--but mom has shorter legs so we feel there is some doxie in there---mom has a more wirey coat--but right now Gillian and Ariel have a softer maltese coat---They are all adorable--We are looking for  a great forever family that is ready to love these pups for the long haul--- We do want the to have another small playful pup in their new home --also of course they can be adopted together.  We will not adopt them to homes with very small children or large dogs as they will only about 8-10 pounds full grown---  Contact leeselman@comcast.net for an application  and thanks for checking out all of the great pups on Southern Comforts Animal Rescue.

~~All of our dogs are spayed/ neutered before adoption. Adult dogs have had their core vaccines; parvo, distemper, bordatella, rabies, and puppies have had a series of four vaccines.  All dogs are tested and are heartworm negative.  In addition they have been de-wormed and kept on heartworm prevention and flea prevention while in foster care. All  dogs come with a micro-chip already implanted. Adoption fees range from 175.00-235.00 depending on the dog. Many times the adoption fee does not even cover the cost of all of the vetting we have done for a dog.  Our dogs are all fostered in private homes at various locations; We do not have a facility.  WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD FOSTER HOMES. YOU MIGHT EVEN WANT TO CONSIDER FOSTERING A DOG YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.  Contact leeselman@comcast for more info on fostering.   Please contact the person listed in the bio for more information on a particular dog.
