Padme is a sweet, docile 1 year old pug/dachshund/beagle mix who is always up for an adventure! We rescued her from an animal shelter where she had a small litter, but is now spayed and fully vetted. She’s a small dog, weighing in at just 15lbs, but she is a ball of energy!  She’ll do anything for belly rubs and cuddles, and is eager to please which will make training her that much easier.  She is naturally curious and still exploring what to chew on, but with daily walks and a variety of toys, she’s great at keeping herself busy and is also super friendly with other dogs and people. Even without a toy though, she’ll make her own entertainment chasing her tail (yes she’s caught it once or twice).  We’ve been taking her on walks 2-3 times daily for a couple miles at a time, and she will still ask for more! She would love to have another energetic dog to play with and take frequent trips to the dog park.  She walks well on a leash, but is always exploring, so a fence would keep her nice and safe.  She’s very quick to announce visitors, and you’ll get a good alert when your Amazon packages arrive.
