 Hi my name is Arthur.  I am a male lab springer spaniel mix puppy born on May 27th of 2009.  My mom was a black lab and daddy was a chocolate lab with a little Springer Spaniel in him.  I guess that is where I get my beautiful markings and long coat from.  I and my eight siblings are being fostered together and our foster mom has three dogs of her own so we get lots of doggie socializing.  We also get good house-training and crate training as well.  I am dominant over my siblings and love to challenge them in games of tug of war and wrestling every chance I get.  I also like to herd my siblings.  I am dominant with food relative to the other puppies but not with people.  When I am by myself I am very calm and loving.  I do want cuddling and attention so I enjoy times away from my siblings.  I enjoy the wading pool and playing with toys.   I am looking for a good home where I will get lots of love and guidance as I mature.  While I am a very good puppy and have lots of good training already I will need someone with patience and care to help me mature to an adult.
