Meet sweet sweet Purdy !!  This girl found herself picked up as a stray and taken to a city shelter--- she got ill at the shelter--as so many pups do and was taken to our vet for treatment. Our vet did not want her to go back to the shelter and neither did we---She is well now and doing great--just had a respiratory infection from the shelter--- This little girl is about 2 years old and about12 pounds-- She loves nothing better than to be loved and carried and sit next to her people--She will tolerate other laid back calm dogs--but not a big player--we are looking for a home for Purdy where she can go with her family most of the time--for walks, in the car, even to work--she is great in an office-just wants to sit next to you or sleep under your desk in a doggy bed---  We do not want her left alone all day-or locked in a crate--  Purdy has a lot of love to give her lucky new family--so we will be very picky to see that she gets a great family that has lots of time to love and spoil this sweetie  Contact leeselman@comcast.net for an application and thanks for checking out all of the great dogs on Southern Comforts Animal Rescue Facebook.
