Meet TOBY---PLEASE CAREFULLY READY HIS BIO BEFORE INQUIRING---he is a cute little guy but he is a smart little terrier born 02/20--he is fostered with a dog trainer and doing well but still needs to continue to work on his manners and potty training some--- He is not the best match for a first time dog owner--he would do best with a family that has dog experience--and ideally terrier experience. He would be fine with older dog savvy kids but no preschool kids---He has not been around cats so we are going to say NO TO CATS. He would do fine as an only with a family that had time to spend with him and if he got plenty of exericise---a secure fenced yard would be ideal.
