Meet the adorable and scruffy Squirt---She weighs in at approx 30 pounds and is between 2-3 years of age. She is a smart and well mannered gal---doing great with her house manners and past the puppy stage--which is nice--she was rescued running through a park -probably dumped- and never claimed. She was a bit skittish when she was first rescued and she is still a little cautious---she likes to be the one to come to you--loves to jump up on the couch with her foster to watch TV. Her foster mom says she has warmed up more and more each day as she has gotten comfortable in her foster home. She gets along with other dogs - plays well with the foster moms two weimers and little pit bull--both male and female. She was also rescued with a male spaniel mix and she did well with him as well. She has also decided she likes cats as you can see in a photo with one of her foster kittys--She would be a great candidate for formal training as she is very smart and likes to use her mind. She is nice on the leash and rides well in the car----she would be a great companion to someone that likes to talk walks--hikes and go for rides to fun places---She has that nice wirey coat that is low shedding and cute too !
