Meet the lovely little Carmen---we are not sure of her mix but she has the silky flowy fur of a Havanese mix--she needs a good grooming but she is so sweet and loving---Carmen found herself at a local city shelter and was unclaimed so she is now looking for a great forever home where she will be loved forever get regular grooming and be someone's little princess as she should be---She seems to get along with other dogs and cats.
