Hi! My name is Mr. Peabody. I am a Corgi / Chow mix and I am about 6 months old and weigh around 25 pounds. I sure caught the eye of my foster mom when she saw me in the shelter. I think it is because I am so handsomeâ¦. or so I am told. I love to play with all the other fosters in my home and I get along great with everyoneâ¦.. although the cat only mildly amuses me. I surprised my foster mom when one day she threw a toy and I quickly (yes these short stubby legs can really move!) ran and got it then brought it back and handed it to her. To show her how smart I am I did this over and over again to tell her I knew how to play the game and not just a lucky guess. Some dogs simply wag their tail but I believe the entire back end should be involved in the process. I am looking for a home where I will have a family very available to me since I am still a pup and need training and just really want attention. I think it would be great to have another similar size dog in the home to play with too.
