Polar.. is Pawmazing! This big boy is a Great Pyrenees/Husky mix.. He's Beautiful!. Look at his one blue eye and one brown eye, how special is he? He's about 95lbs and 3 feet tall.. when he stands on his hind legs he's at least 6 feet tall.. or he seems like it!  Polar is a big puppy still.. He knows basic commands but because he is very playful and due to his size he will need some additional training so he will have manners to..He will make a good family dog but we would only adopt him to those who have had large dogs before. And we would prefer no small children.  He's very friendly and loves people. He goes for walks and loves to be your friend. All of our dogs are spayed/ neutered before adoption. Adult dogs have had their core vaccines---parvo, distemper, bordatella, and rabies, All dogs are tested and are heartworm negative.  In addition they have been de-wormed and kept on heartworm prevention and flea prevention while in foster care. Most dogs come with a micr-chip already implanted. Adoption fees range from 235.00- 275.00 depending on the dog. Many times the adoption fee does not even cover the cost of all of the vetting we have done for a dog.   In addition, some of our dogs are fostered in the South and come up once adopted---There is an additional transport fee for these dogs.  Please contact the person listed in the bio for more information on a particular dog. We are very careful in placing our dogs--and look for the best home for each dog--All of our dogs are fostered in private homes, with fosters who get to know the dogs and know the types of home that would be best for each dog.
