Meet~ GUS-- we Thin k this boy is part schnauzer in his color and  marking- -but he has the shorter legs  and longer body..  He was picked up by animal control from his owner as he was severely neglected.   He was one giant matt with nails grown into his pads--just awful.  We got him shaved down and up to date on his vet care--he was anemic due to having so many fleas---  of course we have given him flea prevention and he is now in good shape- he is a chow hound and we have had him on a bit of a diet----  this boy has a big personality and he will be a great  and fun companion for his new family----- he is about four years old and weighs about 25-30 pounds   Contact  leeselman@comcast.net for  an application

 
~All of our dogs are spayed/ neutered before adoption. Adult dogs have had their core vaccines; parvo, distemper, bordatella, rabies, and puppies have had a series of four vaccines.  All dogs are tested and are heartworm negative.  In addition they have been de-wormed and kept on heartworm prevention and flea prevention while in foster care. All  dogs come with a micro-chip already implanted. Adoption fees range from 175.00-235.00 depending on the dog. Many times the adoption fee does not even cover the cost of all of the vetting we have done for a dog.  Our dogs are all fostered in private homes at various locations; We do not have a facility.  WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD FOSTER HOMES. YOU MIGHT EVEN WANT TO CONSIDER FOSTERING A DOG YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.  Contact leeselman@comcast for more info on fostering.   Please contact the person listed in the bio for more information on a particular dog.
